Getting Started

|
I have read through this website about carb cycling http://www.t-nation.com/free_online_articl...C8E-mcd02.hydrabut the problem is after I have calculated how much of proteins, carbs, fats i need. I found that the fats i need is too much is it. Will it matter in this carb cycling thingy? Any pros mind to teach me or advice me with this carb cycling thingy? your reply is much appreciated. Thanks

I've never done Carb Cycling previously but maybe in the near future I will. I've read the article and it seems that the value of my BMR is 500kcal above my current BRM. According to the formulae, my BMR is at 2100kcal but with the normal BMR formulae, I'll be having 1650kcal. A huge 500kcal calorie different. Hurm...

Workout day high carb, low carb on rest.
That is what I've been doing past month.

QUOTE(enix2000 @ Jul 22 2013, 02:36 PM) Workout day high carb, low carb on rest. That is what I've been doing past month. If you read the linked article, that's not how you do carb cycling. If I were to train 6 times a week, all 6 days are high carb? So where's the cycle?

The fact is this. You can go low carb but its unhealthy to do it all the time. So that's why you have to alternate it.
I'm not practicing carb cycling myself but I tried it before. What I do is high carb day, medium. And low carb day. You're free to alternate it every 2 days, daily, whatever floats your boat.
