what makes the manga interesting imo is the side characters and what happens while waiting for saitama to face the main villain. saitama on his own gets boring pretty quickly. but as the side characters and villain's story is built up it makes it more satisfying to see it crushed by saitama.

yea murata's art brings justice to the epic storyline but its too damn slow! i hate it when he waste his effort on the filler extra chapters when theres still a lot of chapters to catch up.

i read somewhere there's a theory that OPMan shares the same universe as one's other manga, mob psycho 100 but set in a near future. the story is about espers like tatsumaki and fubuki. the hero, shigeo is a potentially powerful psychic but he suppress his power cus of negative attention he get. the theory is that S class rank 1 hero, Blast is actually that guy.
