Why does this remind me of the Vodafone gold shirt many years back (early 2000's)?

Why do I have the feeling that a certain guy from Spurs or Real will be wearing the No. 7 shirt.... soon?

We're going for Fabregas..... again. One. Last. Time (according to DM).

ONE. LAST. TIME...... AGAIN?

And I read in the Ticker above the sports page that Fellaini's buyout clause ended on 31st July.... does that mean..... now United can bid ANYTHING?

Jose Mourinho will make a final bid of £40million for Wayne Rooney within the next 48 hours, writes Alan Nixon of the sunday People. Chelsea boss Mourinho wants Rooney as his new No.9 and owner Roman Abramovich will back him up with a stunning four-years contract worth an incredible £300,000 a week. But if Manchester United manager David Moyes maintains his stance that the Engalnd stariker is not fo sale then Mourinho will use the money to fund a bid for Borussia Dortmund superstar Robert Lewandowski.

You know what would be the biggest insult to Mourinho? Rooney scores the winner against them next week.... and stays in MU after that. laugh.gif

OK, with news that Bale is already going to Real, let's raid Mezut Ozil and Ronaldo, shall we?

Add in Fellani.... and we're done.

JM's strange idea of playing the false 9 formation must be his way of telling Rooney that "I need striker like you, mine all cannot harap".

But it is also an indication for him that "I can win without playing you" hmm.gif

Anyhow, if he wants to go, the only offer I will listen (if I am DM) is that Chelsea swap Mata with us + cash, or RM comes knocking and does a Ozil + *Modric combo.

my wet dreams....... brb..

Well, it looks like Moyes prefers "last minute surprises" - I read in Eurosport that BOTH Herrera and Ozil are on the way to United... and even better... both Everton duo are coming too....

One more signing... could be a loan... Daniel De Rossi??

United deserved to lose than Liverpool to win it IMHO. United were struggling initially but then took control of the game, but lack thrust and incisiveness at the final

third. Lack of midfield intelligence in the final third is very much evident, the defensive part is still ok although Carrick had a stinker. Hope for good news at least

later today and tonight.

RVP was very clearly frustrated with the lack of support from our midfielders. He was ALONE in attack most of the time.

Why the heck Kagawa wasn't even starting? Don't tell me Moyes is selling him???

It's #freeshinji

I can accept a draw with Chelsea at home and I can also accept a loss to Liverpool away but why the heck is Moyes playing Young, Giggs and Welbeck ahead of Kagawa!?!?! I really pity RvP. 2 matches in a row he hasn't been able to do anything.
*
You are right. In the last 2 matches, it was painfully obvious our midfield lacks the initiative and passing vision which Kagawa has. RVP was totally isolated up front.

And now I hear that Kagawa might be sold? WHAT? Moyes should have sold 3 of our midfielders first (A, C, Y) before even thinking of selling him!

Looks like Ozil is staying. Reports say he rejected a move to Arsenal. Unless.... MU makes an offer he cannot refuse?

Mesut Ozil !!
Fap.. fap... Fap.. Fap...

Manchester United are now 6/5 to hijack Arsenal’s move for Mesut Ozil, with the Gunners out to 5/4 from odds-on (1/5). United were as big as 25/1 yesterday but this one looks to be a two-horse race.
