I am a student. i worked as a part time promoter for a company in subang half year ago. The company owe me Rm1k. but i still not get the salary.What can i do?Anyone have such experince?

go n screw them la...ask them for ur pay la...did u sign any contract or any form of black and white to state that u worked for them??

if u do have something lidat to prove...then u can actually make a police report and then sue them in court...

As stated, without proof there is nothing much you can do about it.

Lesson learned is that any part time job should have a black and white statement or contract to prevent things like this from occuring again.

Wouw , this looks scary cause I'm working as promoter too currently. I'm expecting to get my cheque at 2pm later.

Hope you can get yours too brother. But one year? How can you tahan for one year? If my agent owe me that much money for even 3 months , I'm gonna go and #$#@$$ with them.

i hav this experience also.. i work for a company name e-bizzare at sept 2005.. as a promoter at Alamanda.. supposing i will be getting rm210. i've been calling the company 6-7 times.. they still dunwan to pay me.. jz get my phone number and details.. but no action.. i feel so angry..

my experience in another company is they count wrong my working hour, atcual is 9am until 2am but they thought is 9pm till 2am. I get back the another 12 hour pay after 4month.
