Hi All Masters,
I just got a China brand in-car DVD + GPS unit to fit my Honda Accord 2007 model. You can refer to the attached picture for the model I installed in my car.

After replacing the original Honda unit with this China brand DVD+GPS unit, it can't detect the GPS card inside the GPS card slot so I ignore it while continue to talk to the shop owner. After awhile, the DVD+GPS unit work perfectly where my GPS (Papago X8.5) can be loaded properly and correctly navigate me to my selected destination.

This perfectly working condition continued for a few days and yesterday night, the DVD+GPS unit can't detect my GPS card again no matter how many times i insert/re-insert, restart my car, restart the DVD+GPS unit, reset the unit or drove my car out for 30minutes to give it some time to load the Papago X8.5.

Anyone facing the same problem here? The system shows no card was detected in the GPS card slot
I only know my DVD+GPS unit is running Windows CE 6.0 with 800x600 resolution but I'm not sure about its com, baud and protocol.

Please help as it is quite troublesome to send it back to China to claim for warranty

Thank you!!

i'm in the middle of changing my radio from stock unit to something similar like yours TS. however I find it difficult to find apart from the China made. Now that I come across this thread, it deters me off from buying a china made one.. sigh...
