how to use the hair straightener cream from wella.the red box packet that sell at pharmacy (watsons,guardian,...)

I thought there's instruction manual inside the box?

1. wash your hair clean
2. dry it
3. use comb and comb the cream thoroughly and evenly throughout your hair
4. leave it - not too sure how long can't remember
5. wash it

how frequent need to use the product? the result is it for permanent?

It works on your visible hair. Once your hair grows, of course your hair will be back to normal since its from the roots

it works for how long? after wash the hair is it will back to curl?

No. Your hair will stay straight for quite some time

it should be come with 2 cream rite?
1 is straightening cream, 2nd is neutralizer ( fixing cream)

1) wash your hair (shampoo only without conditional ) then towel dry.
2) apply cream on the area that u wish to straighten (but not direct to roots)
3) leave it up to 15-30mins (need to check the hair and see is it soft enough,u need a professional stylist in this case )if yes,rinse off..
4) dry your hair,use dryer blow straight or use a straightener
5) get the result you want then apply the neutralizer (fixing cream) for 15mins.
6) rinse with conditional/treatment then DONE

sad case is, it doesn't work for me~ and its quite smelly ;(
