Hi, I don't own any unit right one, but I'm very interested to buy a new phone and HTC One was top of my list until someone said that Android's gadget lag after a month of use or so, which I've already read/watch online since a while, but never really took it seriously. I hope here, I can get some response.

Is this true for all Android's gadgetry or the problem is hardware dependent ? I fall in love in the design of HTC One, but now, I'm starting to lean to iPhone 5.

Btw, the person that told me that uses a Note 2.

Lag ?  hmm.gif
It depends on what type of apps are you junking into the phone smile.gif
and my last phone Samsung Galaxy S2 rooted with custom rom have tons of apps without lag  whistling.gif

Thanks for ur response.

So, u mean, it might happen to just any phone regardless of the OS, depending on what kind of apps that we keep installing into the device ? I might just look into that.

Does 'rooting w/ custom ROM' is something that average users like me can afford to delve in ? The term is kinda alien to me, sorry that I ask.

P/s : Eid Mubarak to HTC One owners that celebrate it. Hopefully we got something from Ramadan that just passed us, and hopefully we'll live long enough to meet it again next year.

PMed seven mobile whether can use SKMM for One, and if whether got stock or not. Anyone knows any other dealer worth their penny ?

Hi guys.

I just came back from local mall, was asking the price for HTC One at several shops. The cheapest I could get was RM2100, 1 year warranty by SiS. Apparently Brightstar only offer warranty for Blackberry. I missed the SKMM rebate and right now this is the best deal I can get in Kuantan.

I wanna ask you guys opinion whether I shud keep trying to find other dealer, or this is the right price. And I wanna ask what else should I ask/check before buying. I checked the IMEI of a display unit earlier, and the staff helped me with that and I was looking all the way, and he was helpful. Until now, seems legit.

Mind giving me 2 cents on this ?

If you don't mind not seeing the unit in person,Satu Gadget do postage service as well
Their One 32GB Silver is ~RM2k and total price you will still save money when compared to buying local
Cons is you never get to inspect beforehand

That's the predicament. Some even sell at RM 1949.00 online. Btw, the first shop I went yesterday offer me RM 2170 for white and 20 ringgit less for black. No red available in all shops. sweat.gif I'm still thinking. I usually change phone once in 3 years, so still wondering whether worth it or not. rolleyes.gif
