Hello. new htc one user here.
need help here.my On/Off buttons is quite hard to press and the button is to shallow. that make it hard to press the buttons.anyone else are having the same problems? Thanks in advance!  |

just send my phone last wed to SIS Kelana Jaya because of the Power Buttons and the Purple Shadow. the actually already know about both of the problems and it is common especially for the early batch. they said that they will exchange my phone 1 to 1. but this morning i called them, they said that they will fix the defect and it will be done in the coming fridays. =(

i have just got my one to one exchange at SIS kelana jaya yesterday. and it took 2 weeks for the stock. and im satisfied with the power button, but the camera is still affected (purple tint). So ive decided to take my phone and live with it. The CS also advice me there no point of getting a new unit because majorly most of the phone are having this problems. So she advice me to came back to repair the purple tint when they find the solution( She is also using One )
