marketing skills is not that important. What is important is marketing budgets.
Samsung have deep pockets for that. If you take a look in Klang Valley billboards,
you will notice Samsung's presence. That is how big they willing to spend for marketing.

I didn't use NFC tag but I use plenty of time transferring photo using NFC, very straight forward

HTC need to look carefully on their after sales service first.
Their service centre response is very poor.
Slow updating new firmware also need to be look at.
My two cents as a HTC user

yup. i only have 1 wor.. one is facebook and the other is facebook for htc sense. but on the app drawer only show 1 app.

Their services used to be best of the best . 3-5 days only to get things fixed . Sent in my device for speaker fix and they replaced a new housing for me as well . Before warranty ended i sent in another time for housing replacement for free . Nightmare begun when new company took over

actually its kinda unfair to compare it this way... as samsung has big budget... HTC needs more innovation that will firmly makes their name to stand out again... like how Apple really made it's name through iPod & iPhone before that Apple is nothing

this i truly agree... especially with the HTC One S update issue. really ruined their reputation for after sales support

I think htc one really high cost to make compare to s4. If htc lose margin i can really understand, quality is the main reason why it cost higher.
