Hi all..just wanna report something..I bought my HTC one from senq..I root it..and one day somehow I can't turn it on..led blinking red..I think it's hardware issue..
I send to senq and they send back to HTC..and now I get my phone back ..unrooted.. Just wanna let anyone to know that it's possible to send back if it's hardware related no matter u are rooted or not.. cheers |

Yes. They normally don't care, same with Samsung but just to be safe. Better unroot it if can I send to senq and they send back to HTC..and now I get my phone back ..unrooted..
