HTC need to look carefully on their after sales service first.
Their service centre response is very poor.
Slow updating new firmware also need to be look at.
My two cents as a HTC user 

Their services used to be best of the best . 3-5 days only to get things fixed . Sent in my device for speaker fix and they replaced a new housing for me as well . Before warranty ended i sent in another time for housing replacement for free . Nightmare begun when new company took over

actually its kinda unfair to compare it this way... as samsung has big budget... HTC needs more innovation that will firmly makes their name to stand out again... like how Apple really made it's name through iPod & iPhone  before that Apple is nothing

feel also different, cost also different   salute at Apple n Steve Jobs.  Hopefully the next gen of HTC One comes with BoomSound 2.0 with subwoofer slits for deeper bass  plus with Bigger sensor chip for higher ultrapixel with xenon & LED combo flash, 3500mah silicone anode batteries, sapphire glass, 4GB RAM. Pwn!

hahaha not till that extend. a bass port/slit/chamber will add abit more oomph to the sound system

not sure what problem am i facing,
but my sim is often left undetected.
occurs twice/once a day. usually more.
need to reactive it by switching to airplane mode and forth.

So it mustn't be sim card detection issue even though the status bar shows that sim card is not detected. (not the usual "no reception" sign). Since it can be triggered by simply switching airplane mode off and on...

anyone facing this problem?It's damn annoying

Called to SIS and was told RM544 in total for all repairs including screen, cannot charge issue, and down volume spoilt.

I was asked to make payment first before they start doing the repair. I asked them repair roughly take how long, well  the call centre guy told me perhaps a week? well i wonder if they have stock in the first place. A week look like too positive?

Ok the point is i need to make payment (dunno the account yet, not yet send me details in email), then send them the payment slip through HTC malaysia > Support page > Email.

This email is web format. Wonder if this is correct?

the butterfly is a potong stim product, i dont think butterfly s can do much better than that. one manage to capture my attention simply because its aluminium body. and also partly because i get bored with the samsung d. hahaha..
