Google will announce 4.3 around sept i think together with Motorola X. Rumors Galaxy Note II will jump from 4.1 to 4.3 terus also

Care to share the song so we can test? using the HTC player they now have 2 music and play music , most of the time i use "music" . i do came across on the low bit files as you mention now , and some flac doesn't play at all any idea ?  |

I think they will announce tonight, got Google event today. Probably the next gen nexus 7 announcement but maybe got surprise for 4.3
