I got the gap issue when purchased the phone. But i didn't realize until i read this forum. It was annoying and felt so sad and grumpy and but later after some times of using it, i started to forget about it because it doesn't really affect my overall usage. Unless the gap is big, i thought was ok.
However, my current situation is unbearable now.
Yeah i am worried too ! Just now morning went to Kelana jaya service centre right before they start operations. I was the first customer. haha and they know who i am also.
So i requested if can get 1:1 exchange because so many times sent in and repair, the phone is getting worse. She is very kind and understanding. Instantly, she said will raise the request for 1:1. Never ask me to send in for repair anymore.
However, my phone has to be left there while waiting for 1:1 exchange approval. Can't guarantee can get replacement cos still need mangement approval. Also can't guarantee that has NO purple issue. She also has the same phone with same purple issue and not yet get replacement cos dunno which batch is flawless. HTC still no news in regard to this matter ~~
Haih.... next quarter HTC sure show big loss if this continues
HTC really should fix it instantly, this give bad image for HTC as they are "quality build".
