Any updates? I have experienced this situation before, no worries though. Your CC company will contra the amount again as the transaction is not successful @ Nintendo's side.

Hello. i did the exact same thing. I used my CIMB card to purchase the Pokemon Bank. Money went, funds didn't. What you should do is call up your bank and ask for the steps for a refund. i got my money back in 4-5 days

What old news is that.

3DS says hai to you and Wii U is on the rise..
Previously generation also Wii has more sales than Xbox 360 and PS3.
E3 2014 is the turning point for Nintendo and new sale stats has already proven it.

You can pretty much use Malaysia CC on Canada e-shop no problem and their library is as the same as US and with Nintendo Club points too.

1. Rampant Piracy
2. Small Market

These 2 reason is enough to let Nintendo don't give a damn about our market. Honestly though for the 3DS, piracy is not as good as it used to be anymore.

In the DS days you can pirate and still enjoy the full game. Now for the 3DS, you can pirate but you will lose ALOT of features like online play and getting DLC for some games. You're also risking to get your 3DS bricked as well.

IMO not worth it. Just buy the game you really want to play, instead of pirating every game and not fully enjoying them.

Interesting is they don't care about Singapore either. In fact, they don't care about SEA.
