To change the bulb i have to take out the whole bumper a? I see online and no instruction given, Check out some lancer thread and they say take off the whole assembly?

Anybody here have changed the spark plugs ? The std one is NGK rite ? Is the Denso ones better ? My car approaching 73000km, this morning for the 1st time in almost 3 yrs I experienced difficulty in starting the car... maybe it's time to change the spark plugs...
