Ya lo. Got more discount under guru bulk purchase when proj cannot sell well lo....the question is how many owners in the end got such higher rebate..if proj only sold 15pc then guru bring ppls to sapu 80-85pc units with high rebate..mean majority of owner also higher rebate..when everyone think that they have upper hand than others but actual fact is majority of them are at the same level of pricing 😜. Minority is not longer important in the market (ok they lose out for sure but only 10-15pc of them), these guru followers are lppl to compete among them in the market...if all look to flip just because they think they have upper hand but when they wanna sell majority also can sell cheap emmmm. Whats the advantage or idea sold to u by so called guru? So for those think guru will make u huat..always need to think twice.
