Maintenance fee is at a whopping RM0.55 psf, not including sinking fund yet. With selling price standing at rm950psft with no rebate etc don’t see how this is a viable investment. Barring IKEA and MYtown, Surrounding is poor too.

This is the unit chart for block A. those with stickers are taken up by VIP during private preview.

Kepoh and hence stopped by today. This is the Sales chart as at today. Super pitiful sales performance, literally more or less the same as before public launch last Sunday. A total FAIL.doh.gif
