KD and MD almost started fr zero. Cochrane is more on refurbishment or touch up or make up.

KD and MD success kenot b measured with Cochrane future just bcos of Ikea or any other malls there.

A simple and smaller comparison in size, Uptown Damansara. Look at how SHC revamped it and how much effort was put into it and til not stil effort putting in. SHC bot over many old shops to make sure the area is looking gd later on.

Anw, purchasing power is again another concern tat make both the comparison retart.
