yeap. the cochrane station is underground mrt. this project worth to whack.
underground mrt make the surrounding more classy and city like. mrt underground = air-conditioned station brows.gif
mrt fly over the sky not so good. blocking the sky and nice surrounding view.

No lar. Other than IKEA got many others things....ikano mah. plenty retail shop macam cold storage and etc. Tak ngm just go to velocity. And trx just next stop only. Further abit got bukit bintang pavilion. Want play golf also near. Got prestigious Selangor golf club. Very ok ler. And this part of Cochrane and maluri soon will become part of kl city. That's why MRT go underground.

But can't denied.monstrous IKEA... Their target segment is quite wide. From low middle to high income group. Even those high income also go buy some little furniture or kitchenware for their home. Every time buy Italian brand or designer brand they also cannot take it. Very hard to beat them. Favorite by many designers... play mix and match with some ikea furniture. Most important their price are very affordable for many.. n look not bad + not bad quality.

if without ikea at damansara...the mall around sure half dead liao.
ikea is 1 of the key element to keep the surrounding place alive.
just ikea itself already can attract huge crowd to this area.

buying power sibeh good at ikea lar ...

Need to see crowd whether they are shop?.. can see them walk around got carrying retailer's plastic bag or retailer's paper bag or not. or go stop at the cashier counter to c the how many people in the line. banyak people shop and buy there lar.

of coz traffic flow and the type of customer shop around here are important also... it determine the buying power.

and don't estimate on weekend sale only... weekday sale is very important also. only 2 days crowded and the rest of the days clap flies.. this type of mall....die lor.

Don't play play with luxury watch n luxury jewel. In pavilion they are top number 1 sale. Me go attend management n tenant meeting. PV Management show us the result... Highest record sale... Baju baju and Fashion brand only number 3 and 4.
