IKEA will be opening this year 2015 before chrismas,..definitely after it..sure hit 1k+ per sqft...

i doubt any room to grow in term of pricing...after so many infra/mall existence..pricing already priced in...really need to look for extra factors which can boost the price any more...
sure the per sqft hit 1200+...easily 1mil per unit, can this read sustain with that rate of high rental of 3-4k per month..? |
