According to a poster a few pages back (link) on the large number of units bought by people from these buyer groups, there will be more investor-owners than own-stayers. Once this project VPs, I wouldn't be surprised that there will be a mixture of subsales, rental and airbnb units for the short-term. Will take a while for this ratio to stabilise and the number of own-stayers to increase via subsale purchases. DragonReine liked this post
