hey guys, need some advice,

i recently purchased a razer mamba from lowyat 2-3 months back, frankly speaking i like the mouse, but the only issue i had was that it was too sensitive cause of the philips twin eye sensor, when i turn on my bass or volume pretty loud, it tends to move to a point where it's kinda bad.

Anyway, back to the main point, my razer mamba was working great, however 2-3 days ago, i seemed to face one issue where the mouse would freeze for about 5-10 seconds every 5-10 minutes randomly.

It will not move at all unless you remove the USB and place it back or wait for 5-10 seconds for it to move. I used it on my laptop and using the touchpads seems to move the cursor just fine. only the mouse.

Does it sound like a hardware issue in this case? need some expert advice here. and if it really is a hardware issue, i heard it's better to send to ban leong itself cause it's much quicker that way right? Do i need to bring the entire casing there as well for mamba? with the awesome box and such xD.

it's actually on the floor instead of the desk. the subwoofer is not really that high end though, i'm using HSC 2330 Edifier.

it randomly happens now. sometimes it works sometime it doesn't.... i have a feeling it's the power as well.

I did just hooked up a new monitor but it doesn't seem to affect anything though everything works fine currently lol.

thanks for the advice for ban leong. will check it out with them worst case scenario if this keeps happening.
