^about the mousemat, i would suggest speed edition, control edition is more for fps games while for d2 you have to scroll across screen more often

QUOTE(THE ZUL @ Sep 9 2013, 05:03 PM) just bought Razer Blackwidow Ultimate 2013, any different with Stealth version? congrats on your purchase very impress with the keyboard the size, the feel and the back lit color is super bright yooo. deathadder 2013 also good, probably the best optical mouse that i ever bought. The sensor is very smooooooth stealth version of bwu has mx brown switch which is silent but tactile, essentially normal bwu without the clicky sound. |

QUOTE(rav3n82 @ Sep 9 2013, 05:22 PM) Blackwidow Ultimate 2013 uses Cherry MX Blue switches, distinctive for their "clicky" sound, while the Stealth version uses Cherry MX Brown. You can read some real superb info here from our own LYN keyboard enthusiasts. i'm typing on cherry browns now but super miss the clicky sound from cherry blues the da dragon age is red themed |

QUOTE(rav3n82 @ Sep 9 2013, 05:32 PM) At first I wanted to go for Brown, but after some "hands-on", I terus got poisoned by the Blue clicky sound and feel. tbh while the shape feels nice, the switches are a little hard and the sensor is quite bad This post has been edited by DreamScars: Sep 9 2013, 05:37 PM |

QUOTE(rav3n82 @ Sep 9 2013, 06:32 PM) That's enlightening. default DPI's are those that you stated. it has software but all it does is to assign macros. you can only switch between 2 DPI levels according to what you have assigned in the software. one thing i'm sad about is that DPI values are fixed and can't be altered even with software This post has been edited by DreamScars: Sep 9 2013, 06:46 PM |

QUOTE(rav3n82 @ Sep 9 2013, 06:51 PM) Meaning if we install the software, and then set the DPI to e.g 800 - 1600 DPI, I can only switch between these 2 settings via the DPI button? Wah, if the DPI are fixed and can't change other than the pre-defined settings, then it's definitely a minus point for me. yep, i knew this before i bought the mouse but still bought it anyway. now feel kinda stupid |

QUOTE(GodJesterZ @ Sep 9 2013, 07:47 PM) I've set mine to 400 and 800 dpi and the mouse remembers my config when I plug into another laptop. So I think yeah But if you just got the mouse, you need the software This post has been edited by DreamScars: Sep 9 2013, 07:57 PM |

anything rubber coated will eventually wear off
though i like the new hard plastic material better, can't stand rubber coating things having greasy look after some usage. This post has been edited by DreamScars: Sep 10 2013, 03:48 PM |
