My mamba lasted 6 years then got double click issue. But still keeping it in it's plastic case.

As long as it's not purchase from the online razerzone store then it's all good. If not you have to pay extra shipping to Razer in Singapore to get it RMA.

If you get it locally here from any store, just get the store to RMA if it's within the warranty period or you can try contact Ban Leong as they are the distributor for Razer to RMA it for you.

Usually RMA period would take 2weeks-3weeks or less depending on what item and type of issues.

My blade they did not provide me prepaid fedex return labels. It was still under warranty that time. Drag until 3 months and the warranty was over by then and was still not resolve. Their email response can be slow quite slow at times. When they no longer reply the email, I'd to open a new ticket and go through the same process again explaining the problem etc etc.

After a few calls to their centre, Razer did send me a recovery stick but that was also corrupted. I then just pass over to my IT guy in my company to help me check if can do anything about it. He helped me boot a new windows as the existing was wiped out which was my part of mistake in the first place.

My friend's Adaro DJ which he purchased via amazon was dead on arrival. Since it was not purchase via the razerzone site nor a local store, he as well paid for shipping his headset. Razer did not provide the prepaid fedex label.

Got this recently. It was meant to be bundled with Lenovo Desktop. Too bad the box got crushed a little.

It's not RGB. Its only red led. The only significant difference is the side buttons are in red. There's a taipan that has 3 changeable led colour like the deathadder bundled with cynosa. Here's a link to it: Taipan Tri Colour

Not really any much of a big difference. But I got shipping for free. Both cost me a total of China Yuan 1598. About RM950.

I do know that but there isn't this edition available here locally. I already had most if not all the products available in the local market except some never models that's is still newly released.

Yes this is a downgrade version like the deathadder combo with cynosa. It's meant to hv a lower dpi. Yes indeed the aggressive and flashy design is a little off from their usual minimal design. But it was meant for China market so probably there's a demand for it.

Okay can laugh at me for purchasing an expensive empty razer box.

Replacement shipped already quite quickly after I chat with the amazon support. They use DHL. Parcel box not tampered. Only the nabu box seal was open. Other items arrived in the parce so it wasn't that bad.

Yeah they were very quick in settling the issue. I assume the original vendor that passed the box to Amazon warehouse knew it was missing or mistakenly sent a batch that unfortunately had one stolen and I unluckily receive the missing one. The base of the inner box was technically ripped apart. Well the charging cable was still inside.

Yesterday is a lucky day for me. Still manage to find this mousepad.
