So I bought a 2nd hand elite console with 2 red led and got it fixed.
Bought another 20gb console with RROD for parts but somehow got it fixed as well (Xclamp replaced with bolts & washers)
The 20gb is now my "backup" unit.
I'm wondering how long does RROD fix last? How is the reliability like?

Only 16 out of 96 had rrod reoccurrance. Which I think is pretty impressive.
But since that is an old one, I want to ask here, any of you still gaming on a rrod-fixed console?
How long has it last?

And anybody knows where I can find cheap rrod consoles in KL?

I can say that RROD on pre-falcon board will certainly reoccur...

You may want to check yours is a falcon or older model.

The white one is 2006 model. No hdmi. - xenon
Elite is 2007 model, with hdmi - zephyr
