I too am targeting a list of properties, if they drop to the price levels that i expect then I go in la... Does that make me a up camper now??? No because I foresee market going down... Does it mean I completely don't track the market for good buys??? Of course not... Already few in my listing dropped 400k to 750k (asking) so just relax and let them sweat la... No hurry... Chill ... i understand you brother, always understand you, but the problem is your partner betray you, he's buying new launch at sentul recently, selling like hot cake, bought empire city, bought C180 etc, now he's officially UUU camp, and we have accepted him too.

kepada boss boss and taukeh taukeh sekalian.. should i cancel my fixed deposit.. take all the money out and buy US dollar? i very takut now.. keeps falling our currency.. damn it.. i change thai bath last month.. rm1k can only get me 9.4k++ bath.. sakit nyer.... use to be 10.2k bath last time.

Not sure if tis the rite time to do so. But I hav done tat conversion into usd sgd hkd 6 yrs ago. Now not so scary for me la.

indeed!!! damn... the other day the moment they say drop... selling 9.7 i fast fast beli liao.. rm1k for my BKK trip and rm1.5k for my krabi trip next month. muahahaha.. now i see drop i lega abit. hahaha but why they say Thailand also going into recession period? to me it's like ringgit getting weaker.

US QE trillions of dollars spread across the world... Bernarke just mention QE tapering emerging markets all look like dying...the tapering hasn't even start and markets dropping like sh1t... What you think will happen when the trillions of dollars officially start returning to US??? Lol!!! So now suddenly you asking the wannabe economists... Ahahahah...!!! Faster buy more properties hahaha!!! Hmmm wonder how many percent BNM will increase interest rates to stop capital outflows?? Anyway should be futile like India... It was never economic fundamentals that contribute to growth but just cheap credit... Take that credit away and you have a failing economy... brows.gif

the reports i read, it's usd3.9 trillion that went into total emerging markets in the last 4 yrs, now exiting.

how much in/out boland, need bnm/naj to answer...

Do consider keep some gold laugh.gif Or buy SG or USA stock. Or overseas property. Or foreign currency FD (or DCI if >RM250k). These are some of the investment you can try if you think RM will keep depreciating

Imagine the amount of that going into unproductive activities such as property flipping... Those who enter late will bear the consequences for the easy cash made by multiple flipping of properties... brows.gif and how much of boleh land's GDP was driven by construction? Not to mention the huge amounts going into individual pockets that will have to be repaid by those unfortunate enough because of something as innocent as I need a house to live in because I am going to start a family... Pretty sad.
