QUOTE(mastering89 @ Nov 19 2013, 09:26 AM) try install alternative camera app. i notice that we will definitely have an issue with memory storage, either now or in the futureim now on Focal ( from cynogenmod, faster load and easier control ) and Lenovo Super Camera ( better than stock Xperia C camera in all ways For me the resolution isnt an issue, only that the internal memory always near full. now is < 100mb waiting to root to remove bloats but cannot seem to find the adb ( usb debugging ) , anyone ? bcoz cache is stored in internal storage and it goes up with the number of app that we installed even if we have 1000apps installed in SD card, but the cache will pile up in internal storage later on, the memory will be full |

QUOTE(Galaxy_Nexus @ Nov 20 2013, 10:22 PM) see the baterry consume by your screen then you will know, or just multiply the hour of usage with the percentage consumed by screen will give you SOT. Or google will givr you more details. battery consumption is vary depends on how long u let your screen onBtw guys, anyone wanna let go his/her xperia C? Please pm me if wanna sell but i've used it with average condition like call, sms, FB, browsing online and WIFI during night and the battery can last for 2 days yes, seriously, its 2 days. full charge at 6.00am in the morning, used it casually and i got it 60% at 10.00pm continue next day its ~10% at 11.00pm if the screen is off, the battery is drop only by 1% per night. not per hour. |

QUOTE(ck_boon @ Nov 21 2013, 04:20 PM) i just check mudah, camera quality is quite average but quite terrible if low-lightused set also around 800 price not much differ with new set go for new set lar, with warranty i concern about the camera quality , and disadvantage of this phone, anyone? but if compared to other model in similar price range, i can assume its one of the best disadvantage, is storage even though u can transfer your app to memory card, there is still cache piling up in your internal memory eventually it will be full with your call logs, sms data, whatsapp data, FB cache, youtube cache and etc... |

QUOTE(simworld @ Dec 4 2013, 10:46 PM) Is the phone has any problem? i highly recommend this phone instead of grand duoswith the market price around rm800, i could same few hundred for buying the PSP and enjoy the playstation mobile on it.. any recommend? I am a duo user. battery standby is 2 days best record of mine is 2 days 12 hours with everything is ON except bluetooth heavy usage (when i use waze for whole day to drive in Shah Alam) is drop from 100% to 40% within a day i am more than satisfied for the battery consumption the weakness is, camera is not good as other high end phone but still comparable to grand duos for casual usage, i think its should be OK the most disturbing is the internal memory. with 4gb, and free space of 1gb, u will have problem with apps installed because the cache is stored in the phone memory even if u move to SD card, there is still few MB will left in the phone. after tons of app installed, memory will be full. |

QUOTE(cicibo @ Dec 5 2013, 10:25 AM) So far my biggest problem is when i shutdown or connect the phone to PC, the apps arrangement in the home menu is reset.so i have to arrange it again. this is not phone problemwhat i love about this phone is its battery. can easily survive 2 days without charging with minimal usage. this is actually app problem do u use App2SD? if u use App2SD, it will specifically mention any apps that will have problem when u boot and use as USB storage in this case, "boot" means shutdown or restart, and "use as USB storage" means whenever u connect the phone to PC |

QUOTE(simworld @ Dec 5 2013, 01:55 PM) I'd read from GSM arena....someone said u could root it and reallocate the space of it so it could become something like 8G i m not sure on that "root" parts therefore i can verify on what they saidBy the way, thanks for your info which make me feel ease to get this phone. AS I am using P770 now which in overall doesnt show much different but adding extra screen, core and playstation mobile. but when it comes to "root", it is a customize therefore user experience will be also different it is better to compare phone with standard feature for easier understanding however, i personally feel that is not possible for a rooted software to change a hardware with 4GB memory into 8GB memory. sounds illogical. |

QUOTE(cicibo @ Dec 5 2013, 02:17 PM) never use App2SD before. just installed it..so where can i see the apps that will have problem when i boot. i can see movable = u can move the apps from internal memory to SD cardmovable(10) , SD Card(51), unmovable(3). so do i need to move all to sd card? SD card = the apps are already in SD card unmovable = it cannot be moved. it will be permanently in internal memory check every apps with a logo X at the bottom of the icon hold that icon and then select "lower right icon?" it will explain what kind of problem that app have This post has been edited by suadrif: Dec 5 2013, 02:23 PM |

QUOTE(KMercury @ Dec 17 2013, 02:41 PM) Hello guys. May i know why some widgets are not available on Xperia C? For example i installed Twitter but i cannot add twitter widget from the option. Same goes to Clean Master app, etc2. Any idea? QUOTE(cicibo @ Dec 17 2013, 05:29 PM) you need to install the apps in internal storage. only then it will display in the widget select screen. i was planning to ask the same thing thanks for clarify for the widget anyway, i still find that there are few apps that dont come with widget for Xperia, but available for samsung and HTC |

QUOTE(wirelessbuyer @ Dec 26 2013, 08:05 PM) Im using original charger since bought. Btw, I believe the 30-10% drain only happen when I fully charge to 100%. maybe u should calibrate your battery? If I charge to around 80%+ I does not faced the drain issue..weirdoo.. in my opinion, as long as your battery can last as it is, the battery level is doesn't matter maybe its indicator is the problem and not the battery. |
