Buy EU (register under UK) so that you'll be paying the lowest rate for the monthly subscription (GB Pound).

In game, can play any server you like (EU, NA, JP) but most of us will be playing on JP servers as they have the highest latency for Malaysian. (less ping, less lag)

The client is around 106mb. But can't patch anything yet though.

I think the launcher is 106mb.
We are using the launcher to download the client which is a few gb.

Don't put too much hopes for housing. Due to the way how yoshida structure the game, i highly doubt the housing in ff14 will truly looks like something what most players would thought off.
There's too much things not discuss or reveal to players about the housing thing.
There might be two possbility.

It might borrow ideas from playstation's home personal space. Where players would access a portal which will transport them to a personal space.
It also resembles pso2's guild hall and personal room.

Or.. yoshida decides to make it challenging by allowing house placement system like ultima online or vanguard saga of heroes. Players will have to buy house deeds and look for empty lands to plot and chart their houses on this land. This is what most players would sought after this feature.
Though in future, players would have problem when eorzea runs out of land for players to chart their deeds on.

Or players gets to acquire existing houses that has been built across Eorzea. It wouldnt be fancy. This houses looks like attap houses with straw rooftoops.

Nevertheless i still has high hopes in it cause i've never played a game with housing system so tis is new to me hahaha

Ya i understand.. Many would thrill and got excited over housing system. I believe some hope to have something like sim city lol.. Maybe a waifu plus meidos too.

Imagine that housing system lets u make ur own shop to portray n sell the items u craft. It would be like building ur own kedai runcit with ur house abv. I would absolutely love this if it happens. U know like swordart hahaha. Hope this happens

Lol.. finally after so many years , many mmo starts to take the interest in implementing housing system. Didn't know rift have such feature. It seems morrowind online too intended housing system. In those days only ultimate online. now we get to have more games surfacing with that feature.

i tot last time star wars galaxies have it also?
