One of my sport rims is damaged and I can't afford to buy a new set. Does anyone know where I can get a new or a second hand steel rim, much like the spare wheel?

I can't find anywhere online that will sell a standard steel rim, all just alloys. Also, I can't find any second hand places. There must be loads of places that put new rims on cars, what happens to the old steel rims?

tyre/sport rim shop... people trade-in / change and u can find standard rim over there... must ask lorr...anyway what car r u driving?

Spectra. Has 15 inch alloys, but was going to match the 14 inch spare on the back and have 14 inch on the back until I can afford to upgrade. I'm KL/PJ area.

most tyre shops have lah. The other day I bought 1 for RM100 only, still new, traded in by previous owner 4 pieces.

Lol.... what a nonsense. don't listen to those garage people. Take it example, my own interpretation:

Let's say a shop takes a set of 4 rims with the price of RM 200.
Each piece cost round RM50. If they sell to you 1 piece, they get RM100. If you want a set, they sell at RM 350, they still earn RM 150. If manage to sell 2 pieces, they get back their cost already. Sure they will sell one.
