Haiz. Ex-employer do not paid salaries.

Lol what you should ask for is the labour department. You don't even need to pay.

I already apply and done all the thing with labour depaprtment. The employer also agreed and signed the "Perintah" but he doest not pay on time.
I asked labour department what should I do but they didnt give me the feedback.

The way is find a lawyer to sue them. But they going to bankrupcy I cant get anything.

did yr ex employer withhold yr EPF? if yes,...get EPF involve too..Socso?? if yes, get them involve too..any other employees in same situation like you too??

I also sue to KWSP there. There also pending long time ago but just cleared the payment to KWSP in this year.

Other employee also facing this problem. Some small amount just settled and Some little bit amount just let it and do not to bother it.

sorry to hear that,..u did what you had to do..just continue to chase after the labour ministery about the "Perintah" issue.
it is just a tough and not so good world out there....
some are even worst....the companies that buy goods or services and does not want to pay...asking the vendors to sue...they knowing well know that the hazzle and the $ involves would not make it a viable to the creditors to go after.

haiz. so fed up. that why i thinking to find lawyer or debt collector better. but both of they also told me that i will get nothing if HE going to bankcuptcy.

Well that's the thing. Bankcruptcy can some times be a cursed, or blessed, depending how you play the game(loophole).
