anyone here had tried Syntha-6 ?
Syntha 6 LINK HERE! wanna try out protein shake 1st,cuz never drink before,and see if i'll get allergic/side effect to it like somebody else before go for full stacks... Muscletech and Syntha-6 is my current choice...what's better? or actually the same 1? and another question...full stacks included Protein,Amino Acids,Glutamine,Creatine this 4 major ingredient right? Tried Syntha-6 before, and it's easily the best tasting protein shake I've had (chocolate/strawberry).
Gains wise, nothing great, but not too shabby either. Do note that a serving only has 22g of protein compared to the usual 24g. |

If I remember correctly, MuscleManiaClub are selling 10lbs for RM290. |
