Hello Sifus,
I drive a Nissan Terrano and would like to upgrade the sound system. The back speakers seem to vibrate when played loud. However the rattle not only come from the back speakers but also the roof as it vibrates.
My back speakers are attached to the roof in the boot conpartment. You'd know if u check out a Nissan Terrano.
So I'm deciding, should I:
1. Get some decent bass speakers to fit on the two back doors for bass? Will these type speakers help?
2. Soundproof the roof for about RM700 and maintain the same speakers. Currently using Epsilon for the back speakers.
3. Get a seat woofer for extra punch.
WHAT SHOULD I DO?!

The thing is I got the guys at Brothers Kelana Jaya to check it. Well, the guy said that its my roof and not the speaker. But I was convinced its the speakers, so I was trying to point it out to him. Then all he said was ok wat, old speakers like that. The guy who checked it was a foreigner who couldn't speak BM or English except mandarin. So idk if he knows his shit or not. Either ways, the rattling/vibrating sound is clearly coming from the roof and the speakers la. So I'm looking to get an upgrade in overall audio system in the car but don't know what's the most budget way to do so. Cos I'm reluctant to splash money to my car which is pretty old d, and which im planning to change d when I can afford in like 1-2yeard time. Have any idea what Basic setup would I need to upgrade it?

Waste your time waste your money. if you want a basic setup maybe you can Jst buy a component set and do some minor sound proof? At least when u change car u won't feel heart pain.
