For your information, here's the differences between the 2.

1. Extreme R - 9H pencil hardness, extreme lite - 8H pencil hardness
2. Extreme R - 0.4mm , extreme lite - 0.2mm
3. Pricing.

The rest are the same.

However, based on feedback from one of the distributor overseas, extreme R tends to have issue with the consistency of the adhesive.
