my loan bracket is at almost ceiling and this proj is under dibs but if buy cash 680k+/- there is no direct benefits for me.

shall i pledge my money in bank and in return i get FD interest rate at the same time bank lend me money.

how should i approach this?

i know it cannot cover inflation but my loan is max cap and not much range to play with.

in view got dibs then no harm so i bet on prop price steady upwards slow-mo also nevermind. Even price goes down also no prob.
