for lake fields, it should be meant for family; likely with cars and don't forget, it's from YTL
they don't mind to drive out to work or makan. considering the security and nice landscape that they are enjoying

but for this anyaman, if people there are dependent on public transport, do you think they have car?
not much amenities around within walking distance
so, why the need to rent an unit in ulu places whereby there are plenty of other choices around

can compare 1 Petaling by Berjaya
sells are quite good (due to cheap price)
but do visit the place to find out the rental; you will get the prospect of rental market here
