Are u sure the direction where is east? where is north? hahahah.. let me tell u, based on tis picture when u see from pool u are seeing the train railway.. means tat block b is facing TBS, block c is facing sgbesi highway... block a is facing the existing road and fly over.. i had check the compass.. so confirm the direction... block A and guard house in west confirmed is facing fly over.. if u check the google map u have to know google map always showing north on top..

Guys don't look for now, if you look for now what for you buy for After 3 years complete property. We have to think on, is this area have potential to develop? for me YES, cause a lot of empty land, try to see beside Anyaman, still got a lot of empty land, and try to see in front of it, it's the 14 acres of commercial land for sale now. and Maju LinQ in developing, the Good News is Maju LinQ don't have any service residence. so the nearest residency to TBS still anyaman. I am imagine what will happen in future not look for current. Look for current definitely you won't go to invest. Just my 2 cents. Cheers! smile.gif

Jus went to office. S size left 8 units.. all at top floor most of it at block A.. whole sales only left less than 15% = less than 50 units. Cheers!

SPAD had announce in 2 month ago. All the bus terminal in klang valley will be merge in TBS by next year. This is the main point you forget to mention smile.gif

Central residence i cant get any reason they selling 600psf. One road in and out selling 600psf? do u know that anyaman - front, left and right is go to different highway? That's y call Anyaman... try to google in Malay the meaning of anyaman.. i think many ppl duno the meaning of anyaman..

Wat I know UOB offer 85% for max to this project. Cause they also knew that developer given 5% rebate. Some ppl only get offer of 80% even less than tis (some more bought in first launching day in 18/7/2013). Now 2014 at least 10% dp force by government. N legal loan agreement u hv to pay around 8k++ if ur unit 500k++.

No matter developer discount how many percent.. Those buyer hv to pay at least 10% dp. Else loan won't get approval from bank.

Most of ppl get approval on 80% only, some even 70 to 75. If u can get 85% u should thanks god d. Btw tis is wat I know for first day launching buyer in July 2013. I believe now 2014 even harder get approval on loan.

UOB max offer 85%, the reason they give on last year is they knew this project given 5% rebate. Sure they will know what package developer offer to buyer.

Funny bro, i duno why u expect a station in TBS? In Wilayah only have one station... The second station will be at seremban then malaca, jb and sg. Of course all Mrt, Lrt can reach there that i believe.. We happy cause we proud to have Sg Besi address... biggrin.gif
