I heard many is having difficulty to secure a loan. Hence the "buyer" wanna let go and if there is someone who is willing to pay some premium to take over.....well I say it is good business.

yea, I think better to give name to developer and go on their wait list rather than pay a premium.....anyway, this development is not exactly cheap considering the things that they include in the package......
