I live in nearby condo. Never knew about this Anyaman project until saw the site being cleared out. Just want to share my opinion by living at the area. The area being surrounded by 3 major highways, Besraya, KL-Seremban and MRR2, makes it very noisy. I hardly open my window bcs it so noise. Everyday will hear ambulance sound hehe.. Sound from buses and trains also can be heard well from my place. I am sure Anyaman will heard it even more coz it just beside the railways.
Nearby have a karaoke restaurant that only open on night. Quite noisy also.
Dust from the hiway also a problem. Better shut the windows all the time.
Near to TBS is very good, just few minutes walk to station. Every New Year night have fireworks from TBS.
The nearest bank is BSN at pekan sungai besi and few other banks at Kuchai lama. Lakefields have many shops/restaurants, so no problem.
Cannot see KL view cos blocked by Desa Petaling.
Rental at my condo, around rm1500 for 1100sqf now.
