the Developer seems very confident with their product launching! just emphasizing on the location (with good connectivity) and freehold status as their selling points...
with the selling price of approx. RM600psf, this product by right won't be easy to sell...
however, the response from all bloggers' update are very positive and doing very well...

That is why more and more stringents conditions and ruling being imposed by BNM to curb speculation in property investment. This kind of unhealthy and speculative activities shouldn't be encouraged... Just to earn quick bucks!

I believe definitely Anyaman Residence situated in a very strategic location with good accessibility. That is why Peter is seem with full confident that its products can sell at this high selling price despite just an average rating for its show units and inexperienced SA...

No No, Im not comparing it with CT, CT in my opinion not really good in facades too and with poor access. It's Good for ownstay, and capital appreciation provided the MRT line 2 has been confirmed, but who knows rental might fetch up to 3K with MRT2, believe there might have small family willing to stay it low density high ground. It just personal preference and my view on Ayanman, ayanman means for investment. Just like other commented, Peter could do it better on this project interms of design, showroom and ofcuz their SA representives. 550-600psf not a cheap pricetag though, hopefully they do it better , so our penny well worth spent.

If judging from most observer's feedback, I believe Peter has already factored into their pricetag of the future capital appreciation for such a selling price of RM550-600psf...
