my say if have money jest buy. rental wise cant be as good as those days at 10-12%. As long as can manage to at least cover part of loan should be ok. d more u procastinate d more u lose as prices will not go down but only up fr my experience. Rather than rent or keep money in fd no gains whereas with property u can never go wrong. d place will definitely take shape in time to come. no more cash as already vested other places otherwise will definitely go for it.
