Many thing are benefit to Anyaman based on wat I knew at below...
-Spad comfirmed move all busses to tbs by this year for fully ulitize TBS, since it cost 500 million to build it. -ELR is link to klia2.. Don't forget only got 3 ERL station in Malaysia. -now bullet train main station in Sg besi. -Maju link will be the second Scott garden.

I foresee the service apartment beside Anyaman will at least 700 psf ++.. Since the average price for Anyaman is about 580-600 psf..

Be patient, MRT line 3 definitely will stop at Bandar Malaysia sg besi (since hsr terminal is there), it's high chances to stop at TBS as well..
