Location is good , but the developer is one of the WORST in Klang valley, quality and workmanship sucks big time in their previous projects. Bad management.
I will avoid this shitty developer.

Bank will claim directly from developer. Your reimbursement basis is claim from developer once you make the payment to claim whereby receipt as proof.

Once the the proposed MRT stations confirm nobody will talk about TBS anymore.
