Location is good , but the developer is one of the WORST in Klang valley, quality and workmanship sucks big time in their previous projects. Bad management.

I will avoid this shitty developer.

Mine is different. Bank will claim directly from developer. Your reimbursement basis is claim from developer once you make the payment to claim whereby receipt as proof.

Luckily I'm back from outstation tomorrow. Really interested to this location... But depends on access road later,

Launching for this project? I think it's date back to 2013 I think.

But I think there is still some developer unit but located at the top floor. You may go developer office to check it.

The location of this project was good among the surrounding projects until the proposed MRT2 realigned to Taman Kuchai & Taman Naga Emas.
Once the the proposed MRT stations confirm nobody will talk about TBS anymore.

MRT / MRT 2 was never proposed to align to TBS
However, after MRT 2 realigned to Sungai Besi LRT as one of the interchange. TBS to Sungai Besi LRT is just one stop away.

To put simple...the things that Im aware of water piping are exposed instead of hidden/covered which is common by most developers..and finishing...
