I prefer Milestone over Codemaster. But this time it could be different.

Depend on whether there will be latest WRC game late this year or not. I am fan of F1 (not so hardcore) but as a gamer i have a habit of supporting lesser-known developer first. Beside i just bought MotoGP 13 and really enjoying it. There are plenty of good racing game this year.

That's true, and next year got Project CARS and The Crew to look forward to. Well I hope you will get F1 2013 haha, as I plan to hold an online championship.

Classic edition? Wow! Must have Senna, Prost, Mansell n Schumacher(benetton)

Unfortunately no Senna as the rights to Senna belong to another game studio. I think it's Reiza Studios if not mistaken. Schumacher is confirmed to be in, but I think it's his 90s Ferrari and not Benetton. Prost will be in though. By the way are you considering to get F1 2013 or confirm? haha. Planning to have an online championship so the more the merrier

Cool hope you do get the game man, would need a total of 16 people to have a complete online championship haha.

Haha yeah, the standard edition got the 80s cars only though. If you want some of the 90s cars you need to get the classic edition which is more expensive, and only available from STEAM.

Hahahaha I didn't read the forums after the game got out, so I din know many players' LYN name. Now no time to go back and try demo derby mode sigh. Eh try to help to get more kakis to get this game man! I asked a few ppl, some still considering, if they know that more people are interested then they might just decide to really get it hehe.

Don't know why people keep complaining about recycled audio. As long as it an annual release, recycled asset will always will be the case especially in sports genre. If developer keep recycling the same presentation and gameplay, then they might have a case.

Agreed based on the footage I've seen, this year's AIs are a lot quicker for the start which is promising. So have you decided whether you're gonna get F1 2013? Since WRC 4 did get announced.

Thinking of getting 'em all, since this is a good year for racing fans. But it all depend on my wallet, and which one should i prioritize first. I like the game, the trailer, the presentation, the look of the game and the fact it is a half-sim and accessible. However, to be honest i have lost interest in F1, the sport due to Vettel and Red Bull Racing utter dominance (also team order and point racing). So it kinda affect my decision a little bit, but we'll see.

Haha I can understand your lack of interest in the sport at the moment, hopefully next year with the massive regulation changes it will upset the order. If it's any consolation it seems quite a number of people are getting F1 2013 which means multiplayer should be fun! I don't think you can say the same for WRC and MotoGP right? haha

because in Europe, F1 is shown in 5.1 HD, and apparently from what I heard from fans, especially in the UK and Germany, Codemaster's audio is waaay far off from the real thing, hence why they expected something better this year

If you want Imola and Estoril along with the 90s cars then get classic edition. If you couldn't bother about those content then get the standard edition will do. For me I pre-ordered CLASSIC EDITION.

Hmm if not mistaken, Codemasters previously stated in 2010 that their focus on the car's audio is a mix between what is heard on TV and what is heard in real life, hence the difference. Even with HD broadcasting, the audio that is captured from the car's engine is definitely different than what is heard on the grandstands.

WOW haha. My mom's company last time will annually sponsor a few tickets for the "Padang" area for the Singapore GP, but sadly I was not a fan of F1 until 2010 by then it was too late to get any free access hahaha.

haha cool...anyway i dont really dig night race at all because 4 me it is cater 4 all vip and people that dont know what is F1 all about

myself is half veteran F1 fan since hakkinen vs schumacher era which 4 me is one the best ever seen...so i still not buying the night race hype at all

Nope, I think will probably come out sometime in late 2013/early 2014 and it probably won't be playable with PC users if it's like the 2012 mac version.

guys remember when u first time start the game they got ask u about which difficulty u wan? how to get back to that menu? cause the AI is too difficult for me le..

go to My F1 > Setting > Diffilculty and scroll down, you will see at the Game Option

Nah not really man . I'm currently busy with studies, and will only be free to join for the most part in around December. Also Nazeeman is the only lowyat person in the player list that has the game now apart from me. The others haven't gotten it yet, I wonder where they disappeared to.
