let me reiterate TS's question, he wants to upgrade his El Gato courier. Based on the courier's description, it can be upgraded by viewing matches casted by Beyond the Summit's casters.
How exactly to do this? |

Valve and Twitch have inked a deal so that if your Steam account is linked to your Twitch account, all views on Twitch will add to your in-game courier count. Hope this answered your question.
