Dear PS3 owners,

We are providing PS3 YLOD fix/repair for Rm120 Only.Still the Cheapest in lowyat.net, some say klang-valley!

Our fix include the below steps:
-Re-flowing of CPU and GPU
-Clean off old paste and replacing good quality thermal paste -some paste which is still good will not be replaced(depending on your paste condition), i found out the original is still better.
-Cleaning of dirt and dust
We only use the market best thermal paste - Tuniq TX-2, one of the best thermal paste available on market.

Price : Rm120 Only.

Before the fix, RM30 will be collected upfront, if PS3 can't be fixed, the deposit is considered as inspection fee. If successful, customer will pay the difference upon collection of PS3.

Location : Place is nearby AEON Bukit Raja Klang. PM me for location details.

Contact : PM

Warranty : Nil - Kindly note that this fix varies with the unit. Some unit issue come back after 1 day, some several months and still no problem. Hence, no warranty will be provided and customer are to agree to these risk before proceeding. For re-occurring issue, Rm50 will be charge only for recurring repairs.
Please note that unit not collected within a month after completion will be disposed off whichever way deemed necessary.

have already sent my ps3 to him and he manage to fixed it! have tried to play tekken and working well. fan noise seems slower. maybe coz all the cleaning dat u've done.

Tried repairing my ps3 that have been kept away for so long because of ylod...
And it end up good! I can play over 4 hours non stop without problem!
and he repaired it for just one day!
now i can enjoy the last of us! smile.gif

Bro, I hear that if ps3 slim ylod, even if fix there's still occurrence of problems. Is this true? I'm still interested in the service though. Would like to know the duration of repair service as well.

My PS3 will shut itself down after running for about 5-10 minutes, then after starting up again will do the same after about half an hour, then on the third time it might be ok, or it might just shut down again. I understand this has to do with YLOD, is that correct?

Can drop off the console or COD only?

Hi bro my ps3 lately keep shutting down randomly. Only when I play certain Games it happens.

It shuts down, beeps 3 times and the red light blinking. But I can start it again and no problem. But suddenly will happen again.

Not sure if this is rlod or ylod or nothing serious.

Sometimes only shutsdown when playing certain games like NG3 and Beyond.

hi bro..mt ps3 have auto shutdown if on about 15min ang blinking red..is it ylod simptom?..can u fix it n how much?..btw mine is ps3 phat 80gb..and i live at shah alam..thanx

bro.. ps3 aku penah terendam sikit, still ok utk main... tapi aritu tibe off sendiri n tak bole on coz die auto off (YLOD), cd game pun tak bole keluar...

PS3 slim still RLOD and shutoff when playing games.Other functions.

i think my ps3 temperature sensor is broken.. i havent even started the game yet, already giving warning the system overheat.. already send for cleaning and re-thermal paste for rm50 from a guy in this forum also.. do you think can repair this.. i doubt its the temp/airflow/dust problem, the airflow is not hot..

Having this overheating issue with my ps3. 20-30 min into the games the system will randomly prompt me the console is overheat and to shut it down, flashing red green light and loud fan noise. Please let me know how much do you charge and how long will it take to resolve this issue on my ps3, thanks

ps3 been dormant for sometime just thought i'd fix it up since i might wanna give away to my cousin. When i turn it on, it will load about few minutes sometimes seconds. then it will just do a 3 beep overheat with red blinking lights.

Mind to pm me the problem which i read is overheating yes and how much your charge to fix this? This is not YLOD so is there a guarantee?

I have a fat PS3 YLOD as well brother. I stay in KL. It is im excellent condition and always given room for ventilation just one day it started doing this everytime I turn it on.

boss ur location?my ps3 slim 120g problem is:

-game disk took long time to enter into the game, can hear eject sound and it will stop loading afterwards,so i have to eject the disk and insert again and repeat these for more then 4 times
-playing Metal Gear Solid HD sometimes long last loading
-some games will auto shutdown within couple minute to half an hour

is it lens problem and overheat issue?how much will it cost?

my ps3 slim got issue only start for like 3-5 secs then power down.

few month ago, the lens will only load the disk if the load the disk from top to bottom..can this be fix too? since this issue i mounted the ps at wall so the disk load top to bottom..hehe

Hi Turion,

for those out there, THINK TWICE or more before proceed. Read the warranty mentioned in 1st page and understand it fully.

I'm one of the unlucky one cry.gif . Sent my PS3 with ylod last weekend and got it back a week after. the TS did whatsapp me a video that my ps3 alive and I guess that could be the only moment it alive. Without hesitation, I just took back the ps3 without testing (I let you know why later), while passing me back the ps3 and taking balance of the payment, he did mention still required couples of time to on/off. Back home, it not just couples of time, but thousand of times on/off and now give up already. I did whatsapp him but the I didn't get any reply.

fyi, he do all the repair work at his house i.e no shop where you can see how he repair. and the far i could go is at the gate, pass the ps3 with deposit and wait for repair to complete a week later and you really need luck that it going to work. I could be wrong about the shop vs house but i passed my ps3 at a house.

I really wish I didn't take the decision to send it for repair. Perhaps, i would rather pay more where you can see with your own eyes your ps3 being open and reflow in front of you. Though i fully aware (from youtube video) that after reflow you still need to leave your ps3 motherboard a long time for it to cool down, at least i know the work had been done in front of your eyes and if it still failed it worth it.

I not saying this is scam or what but just be mindful that warranty is NIL and your ylod ps3 had a very slim chance to survive. Think a lot guys. wink.gif
