Hello guys,

I am based in PJ SS2.

Where can i purchase meat (Beef / chicken breast / ham) for my daily intake of protein?

Places like jaya grocer, cold storage etc. Hopefully it isn't too expensive as I am still a student. Planning to have all 3 meals at home. All would probably consist of these meat

I usually visit the wet market, as suggested by Arrio. I normally buy one chicken and some chicken breasts, one piece of beef, and sometimes kambing if I feel like it. Also I buy tofu, and eggs. Doesn't cost as much as buying all these things at Jaya Grocer.

Vegetables & fruits I buy at Giant actually...

wet market is fresh but slightly higher price than frozen meat.

I want to ask, when we buy mince meat, how we know the fat percentage?

How much fresh meat is needed to maintain protein for training?
Cannot just go by absolute weight of meal; fresh = mostly H2O !!!
