I hv got two option to study computer science in UTM or USM but I don't know which uni is better pls help

UTM more on engineering.

both is okay. As long you know how to retain the knowledge after graduation.

As i will choose for the software engineering... do it consider as one of the engineering haha.. if like that will utm consider better?? ^^

Both U is good. You need to consider you location. UTM is the top engineering U in Malaysia and if you plan to apply their endowment scholarship go for UTP. Do some research on this 2 U first before you choose. My brother in law & sister in law are both graduate from USM now doing very well in Singapore.
My daughter is dropping UM & chosen USM for the Bsc of Science in Statistic.
I prefer her to go UM but she insist to choose USM.
Maybe your will meet in the Orientation if you chosen USM.

P/S there is a student ex-change program in UTM, if your pointer is good you can apply for the ex-change program in Harvard university & other oversea U.
