Well, if your protein intake isn't enough and by adding a serving of whey to your diet but still not enough, it won't do any effect because your protein intake still not enough for you.

Whey isn't a magic powder. If you don't have enough calorie to begin with, and poor intake of macro nutrition, it wouldn't effect anything much. Then these kind of questions will appear like 'This whey doesn't work on me' & 'Protein powder is scam'. wink.gif

The bolded part is the keyword. You need to have solid diet before incorporating whey into the diet. To gain mass, you need calorie surplus. If the diet itself are far from calorie maintenance, the person won't gain any single mass gain. So by then, even if he take 2 servings of whey or 1 serving of mass gainers, if the diet itself is poor, then no effect will be gain from the supps.
