i saw some article that said teen only need whey protein as supplement instead of full stacks?
i'm 19 years old...i'm planing to buy multiple or full stacks of supplement like protein,pre and post workout...
what do expert suggest? and i cant hardly find any local online store sell 'stacks' ...

yes,i know work hard is the top priority...hmmm,but there's a problem...my bedtime is messed up...sometime sleep at night,sometime sleep at midnight,is that a problem?

wow...nice piece of information from you guys smile.gif so do you guy suggest only take less calories as 'diet'? or a proper diet included cabs,protein,calories,multi-vitamin etc?
