No worries. That happened two years ago. Her tailbone's broken, so she can't lift her tail up high like normal dogs but it can still wag like gila. There's nothing we can do about it because the bone's totally broken.

The vet has done all he can for the tail already. I'm very thankful to the vet because he saved my Chelsea's tail from being cut off.

Well, she's definitely very happy all the time but getting a bit overweight. Bring her out for walks also she gets tired very easily. I don't know why, but might be caused by the accident gua.

My Rotti-mix's physical shape is very fit but Chelsea's getting sluggish. Her eyes will shine when she smells/hear food.

Wah, 100 lbs is really heavy  . Need to slim her down a bit lor... 
Just brought my shushu to grooming last saturday. The groomer shop is on the 1st floor but shushu doesn't know how to climb up/down the stairs so I have to carry him Luckily not as heavy as Chelsea. if not,.......

hehe....u will have to bring your furkids to Ipoh lor for the grooming. I stay in Ipoh mah  so I guess here cheaper.

The paw's fur boing-ing .....   sounds like a bunch of mushroom growing all over the place overnight.
I don't know whether it is true or not but someone told me that we need to trim the paw pad fur to prevent them slipping coz they will have a better grip if the paw is clear of fur.

Yup, shushu is already taller than his 4 years old GR mate at his training place...keke   
Wonder if he would get any bigger as he is still 11 months only...

Hmmm, I think it will be a small birthday celebration for shushu, just family - no other dog  . Most probably a joint celebration, coz my brother, sister and grandma birthday also next month, only a few days apart.    will be very broke buying presents

Shushu's birthday celebration not sure yet  coz my brother is working in KL and need to check with him which weekend he is coming back.
ooh, Prince want to come to Ipoh ka? 
Not sure on this also    need to check whether I can get a driver/companion to follow me to KL or not. The outing to Pantai was a good experience. At least I know shushu didn't have car sickness when travelling long distance!  I will let you guys know if I am going, ok?

It's true ar  The GR was tied to a tree away from the main crowd, so when we walk pass the GR, Abby went over and wagged tail at the dog, so I also bend down to talk to the GR lo. The owner also sitting there ma. Then suddenly the GR lunged out and snapped at me, so Abby growled back and push me off with her body lo. But lucky the GR didnt manage to snap me because the leash was short.

Know what the owner said ar? She said, "Why bring your dog so close?"

Walao....  Bring dogs to a doggie gathering is to make friends with fellow dog owners and let our furkids socialize ma. Her GR snap at people, she still blame us. Later the same GR snap at a bulldog some more, so I told the ppl there don't go near the GR lo.

Now, if I see ppl with doggies, I will ask if their furkids friendly or not. Some ppl will auto assure that their dogs is ok. Those whose dogs is koo-koo, shouldn't bring to gatherings lo... My case is different. Abby is not koo-koo, only overly playful.

If got many samseng GRs or Labbies, good lo. Sama sama let the samsengs play.

BTW, what is a ACS breed again ar? I keep thinking also cannot remember.

Mayb small dogs have less smell gua.......the saliva for small dogs is lesser, big dogs like GR got a lot of saliva, tends to give more smell....
or ur fren's GR got ear mites?? or ear dirty??

I like Chelsea's smell 3-4 days AFTER her bath. The smell ar, a bit smelly + sweet + shampooey smell, waaah... Nice la! Abby don't have natural smell. She smells like whatever she's been doing. If digging the garden, she will smell like garden dirt. If play with Chelsea, will smell like Chelsea. 

But Chelsea's best spot to smell is her neck area coz the fur is longest there. Smell outside a bit smell, then middle layer smell shampoo-ey but the deepest layer smells the greatest! 

ear ar... never check that one wor... next time i see the dog then i go check check and see hahahha =)

Prince is the lengchai GR.   
The 'abit smelly' part doesn't mean the busuk smelly. It's like, nice la.  For me, the really busuk smelly is if the doggy have skin problem and scratch until the skin becomes raw and sticky with the 'chap'. That, to me means busuk. But overall, I like doggie smell. Very nice.

Last time shushu stomach got some reddish mark. The vet said because he likes to lay down on the floor in "siu chu" pose and he is allergic to the detergent i use to mop the floor.    I use the non-rinsing dettol floor wash. So now, I either mop with just water or after i mop must mop again with clean water to rinse the floor. Probably the dettol is too strong for the doggy skin??

Cannot go anywhere lor  I have to work on Sept 1 since merdeka on friday - month end work deadline   
I dunno why, maybe shushu is a "lap sap tong" - rubbish bin, he accept everything  Never boycott food unless he is sick. That's how i test whether he is feeling ok or not...... He can eat raw vegetables also - carrots, celery and brocoli. Got one time he try to steal the potatoes and onions on the kitchen table. Luckily saw and shouted at him before he ran away with it. I think you give him bitter gourd also he might eat.

Cannot lar, coz the work can only do on the 1st of every month - global IT system timing thingy.
We have to open the system back on Monday evening, so only monday not enough time for processing   
I wish can go jalan jalan with shushu also.

st. bernard really look very slow and sad, and have very innocent and droopy face. It is really hard to imagine a lightning tongue coming out from him, must be pretty shocking. 

Got one time, I was cooking in the kitchen and shushu was accompanying me. Suddenly, i can hear the plastic bag rustling slightly beside me. I look and saw shushu nibbling at the celery tip, trying to pull them out from the plastic bag. He was doing it very slowly and carefully and didn't realise I was watching him.  I suddenly call him and for a moment, he look quite shocked. Then, very slowly he released the celery and walk noncalantly to the opposite side of the kitchen. There, he just sit and smile at me, pretending that nothing ever happen  .....wah, really a potentially thief this fella. 
ooh? I will be around in Ipoh - only sat not free. 
will get stabbed by BBQ sticks?? so naughty ar those kids.....my cousins/nephew/niece so far haven't poke shushu with anything yet. He only kena molest - they just pull his ears, tails and furs. Shushu likes children and can tahan any "torture" if they bribe him with food.
